well fokes after a year of up's and downs and the end of a 5 year marrage, im ready to start getting my life back into order. and im starting by getting the bod back into shape. i joend a local gym and have stared working out i wunt to loose 10 lb and get buff. So far so good. lost three pounds so far need to start working moor on diet, well need to get to bed so long fokes and god bleass
