SO TODAY IS DAY 151 ON MY WEIGH LOSS JOURNEY..AND AS OF THIS AM I HAVE LOST 38.8 POUNDS! THIS IS A BIG THING FOR ME! NEVER HAVE I EVER STAYED ON A PLAN AND LOST SO MUCH AT ONE TIME!! I HAVE TO ADMIT IM NOT DOING NEAR AS WELL AS I WAS WHEN I STARTED...SOME WEEKS THE SCALE DOSENT MOVE..BUT I TRY AND STICK TO IT THE BEST I CAN AND THEN A FEW WEEKS LATER MY HARD WORK PAYS OFF...MY GOD IS SOO GOOD. I COULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN THROUGH THIS WITHOUT HIM. LAST WEEK I SET A NEW GOAL TO LOOSE 8 POUNDS BY THANK...

TODAY IS 119 IN MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY..AND AS TO DATE IVE LOST 1.4 POUNDS! IM SO EXCITED! THIS WEEK I DIDNT DO SO GOOD AS FAR AS EATING AND STICKING TO MY WALKING. WE HAVE BEEN SO BUSY EVERY NIGHT LATELY. ITS HARD TO EAT RIGHT ON THE RUN. IM SO READY FOR OUR SCEDUAL TO SLOW DOWN.BUT IM AFRAID ITS ONLY GOING TO GET WORSE WITH THE HOLIDAYS COMING UP..WHICH IS ANOTHER THING IM WORRIED ABOUT...I REALLY DONT WANT TO UNDO ALL THE HARD WORK IVE DONE WITH THE HOLIDAY EATING AND...

WELL TODAY IS DAY 111 ON MY JOURNEY AND IVE LOST 31 TOTAL POUNDS! IT FEEL GREAT! NOW IM GOING TO SET MY NEW GOAL AT 11 POUNDS..ONLY BC I HAVE A THING FOR EVEN NUMBERS AND I MUST LOOSE 11 POUNDS TO GET TO A GOOD EVEN NUMBER. IM SO GRATEFUL TO THE LORD FOR BRINING ME THIS FAR. THERE HAVE BEEN SO MANY TIMES WHEN I REALLY DIDNT FEEL LIKE WALKING YET HE GAVE ME THE STRENGTH TO KEEP ON KEEPING ON. I HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO STILL..IM THINKING PROBABLY ANOTHER 60 POUNDS BUT IVE NEVER WENT THIS FAR...

TODAY IS DAY 104 ON MY JOURNEY TO LOOSE ALL THIS WEIGHT. IVE LOST 28.8 POUNDS WHICH MEANS THAT I HAVE 1.2 POUNDS TO LOOSE BEFORE I REACH MY 1ST GOAL. IM SO PROUD OF MYSLEF. I SEE SO MANY LITTLE THINGS THAT I CAN DO DIFFERENT TO KEEP THIS UP. IF I EAT MORE OF THE GOOD THINGS AND DRINK MY WATER THEN I DONT FEEL DEPRIVED. AND IF I KEEP MY WALKING AND OTHER MOVING UP THEN I ACTUALLY HAVE MORE ENERGY AND LESS STRESS. I ENJOY WHAT I WANT ON THE WEEKENDS...THEN COME MONDAY IM RIGHT BACK ON TRAC...

WELL TODAY IS DAY 97 ON MY JOURNEY. THIS WEEK WASNT NEAR AS BAD AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. I HAD A 2OZ GAINE..I DIDNT OFFICALLY WEIGH IN LAST WEEK..BUT I GOT ON THE SCALE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK AND I HAD A 5 POUND GAIN..LAST WEEK.THATS WHY ITS SUCH A BAD IDEA TO WEIGH MORE THAN ONCE A WEEK..YOUR BODY CAN PLAY GAMES WITH U.. IM SO GLAD. THIS REALLY MOTIVATES ME TO KEEP ON MOVING. AS OF TODAY IVE LOST 26.0 POUNDS. IM EXCITED TO SEE WHAT NUMBER GOD HAS IN STORE FOR ME NEXT WEEK. I COULD HAVE DONE...

TOMORROW IS A NEW DAY FOR ME. IVE TAKEN ABOUT THE LAST 2 WEEKS OFF. IVE BEEN STRESSED OUT AND MY BDAY WAS LAST WEEK. I DIDNT MEET MY 1ST GOAL IN THE TIME FRAME THAT I WANTED..I PLANNED TO LOOSE 30 POUNDS BY MY BDAY AND I ONLY LOST 27.2 IT WAS REALLY FRUSTRATING BC I COULD JUST TASTE IT. THIS PAST WEEK WASNT SO GREAT FOR ME. WE ARE BUSY GETTING READY FOR THE NEW SCHOOL YEAR, SO ON MY LUNCH BREAK WHICH IS USALLAY WHEN I DO MY WORKOUTS, I HAD TO FINISH UP SOME THINGS FOR MY NEW CLASS. I ONLY LOST 2 OZ..BUT ITS BETTER THAN A GAIN. IM ALSO STRESSING OUT BC MY HOME COMPUTER IS OUT OF COMMISION FOR NOW...SO I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH MY CALS ONLINE AT NIGHT AND ON THE WEEKENDS LIKE I WANT TO...I HAVE THE NET ON MY PHONE BUT FOR SOME REASON ITS NOT LETTING ME GET INTO...

IM SO PROUD OF MYSELF!! FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS MY SCALE HAS BEEN STUCK AT THE SAME NUMBER..BUT AS MUCH AS I WANTED TO GIVE UP I DIDNT..AND TODAY WHEN I GOT ON THE SCALE I HAD LOST ANOTHER 1.6 POUNDS!! THAT 17 POUNDS EVEN. IT FEELS SO GOOD TO BE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT FOR A CHANGE. THANK YOU LORD FOR ALL MY MOTIVATION!! YOUR THE BEST!!

TODAY IS DAY 32 IN MY DIET JOURNEY!! I AM STUCK ON THE SAME NUMBER AS LAST WEEK. IN FACT IVE GAINED 2 OZ. I GUESS THATS THE NUMBER THE LORD WANTED ME TO HAVE. AND IM OK WITH IT. IM NOT GIVING UP. THIS IS THE START OF A NEW WEEK. AND I WLL CONTINUE THIS SLOW PROCESS. KEEPING MY HEAD UP!
