I am hearing your pain. I too have lost a husband and child through tragedy - albeit not the same time but a year apart - and all I can say is the journey of pain is immense - but by connecting with othersz ththers that understand, it somehow helped - well, it helped me! My advice is to take each day as it comes, try not to think too much, get as much support as possible, get hlep with the kids if you can as you will be exhuasted. AFter the numbness of the shock wears off, its really tricky dealing with the enormous amount of pain - but fortunately, the boyd is amazing and somehow we survive, even though there are some days we don't want to. Know that you are not alone. Millions of others have survived similar tragedies - think of war zones! - and you too will somehow get through it....believe it or not, in time, you learn to live alongside the shock and horror and pain and misery - and in a while, you will even be happy again - I could not believe it when people said that to me, in fa
