Well this process is a journey thats works just not fast as I would like LOL.  I was down 62 and was doing great,  then my B day, Thanksgiving, Vacation, and finished up w/ getting sick- took its toll I back slided 7 lbs...!  Dang how fast weight will jump on... and slow to creep off!  But I am still sick and fighting the battle.  I am staying the course.. and WILL win... I will be 60 on my  next B day..and I WILL Be at my goal!   It seemed at first

ok.. new deterimination

Well.. its July 16, and I have droped 29.8 here... 32 before this site.  I have to say I got close to my goals or actually hit the target on the day I wanted to... then back slided 7 lbs..  Oh I had great excuses.. but bottom line is I did not do what I needed to !  I have lost the same 10 lbs five times.. and now I am deterimined..!

Now I have l a new goal.. and by Aug 1 I want to lost 42 lbs.. I can do it.. 

I have tweeked my targets for more car

A Second Start

Gosh...how many times will I let others take my time from me?  I tend to not follow my diet and give up my exercise time to work or help others.  When will I put me first?  I started today as my day...and it is now 6 hrs later and I am just started my diet promise. I will work on this!! My goal is to learn to allow me to have my time and work on just me or I will never get healthy.  I started my journey and lost 26 lbs... then went up north to hel...

Hi, I just found this site... when  I was looking for a on-line cal counter.  So far I am impressed.  I have lost before...just to gain it back!  But if I blog and be responsible and log it all in.. then I can identify the bad habits that let me gain again.  Good luck to us all!!
