OMG when i started to work out last august. I was ready to lose some weight but over the months i never seen any results....... i was working out but i was just running and not lifting weights or doing crunchs... I wasnt even couting my calories.. i have seen people count there calories but i never understood it... so just today i started to look though the internet and i really got the idea of what it means to do to lose weight.. you really got to put effect in to it...... loseing weight ...
