slacking again!!

Ok...thought I would make it to the gym this morning but I didn't!!! Weigh myself this morning and I'm 117 lbs.... I've gained back the 2 lbs that I've lost last week.  Tomorrow is the day I will challenge myself to lose 3 lbs by the end of this week.  Whatever it is that is holding me back, I have to put it in the back of my mind and focus on the reason why I want to lose the weight!!!  No more excuses because I don't have one and if I think about waiting to have time to exerc

Today is March 19 and I am slacking with my workout! Trying to focus on toning my body but I'm patient because I'm not seeing the result quick enough. I guess I have to give it time in order for the toning process to work.
