10/27: 150.6 lbs, 23% body fat, 53.5% body water. 10/28: 151.8 lbs, 23.8% body fat, 53.5% body water. 10/29: 150.8 lbs, 23.3% body fat, 53.9% body water.
Today is my birthday! My mom cooked me a nice birthday dinner with all of my favorite foods and yummy cake and ice cream. I completely pigged out but was down 1 lb this morning. It'll probably come back and get me tomorrow - maybe it's like when you lose sleep or exercise too much but don't feel it until a day or two after.

...because I just gained 5 lbs overnight and it's not like I was overeating either.
Weight 153.2 lbs
Body fat 23.8%
Body water 53.5%
Trying a salt water flush too, because after too much partying, I felt like my insides needed a shower.

Only doing it for two days because for the most part I have things I need to do in the morning.
Anyway, if it's not my cycle, it makes you gain a bunch of water weight. At least that shouldn't last.

Last night I bought a Taylor Body Fat Scale from Target for all of $30. It is amazing! There are no options for keeping track of it here, so I will use this blog to keep track of it.
When I first set it up last night, my numbers were:
10/24/10, at night.
Weight 151.2 lbs,
Body fat 23.1%,
Body water 54%.
10/25/10, first thing in the morning.
Weight 149.7 lbs,
Body fat 23.4%,
Body water 53.8%.
I also took my measurements this morning. They are 36/31/41.
