Well, it's the morning after the diet started. So far I'm very impressed with this site. The calorie counter that is free is especially nice. One feature that would help, would be the ability to add a food not mentioned, especially if you know the listed value of calories, etc., and be able to enter that manually. As it is, one has to pick what is closest to what one eats.

Well, 3 hard-boiled eggs added to the evening meal. I may add some bread, couple of rolls, and that should do it for the day. Munch on some rolls in the evening.
Interesting note - they haven't found one thing wrong with pepper - YET. It doesn't add calories. It isn't like salt in terms of raising one's blood pressure. Too bad the same can't be said for all the good things to eat.

As I looked over the profiles, I'm probably the most ancient one on here. I'm retired, and with a lot of changes, find myself 25 pounds overweight.
I'm not much for personal commentary, so I'll keep these notes on this blog to a minimum. Already I've accidently clicked on adding someone is a friend, whom I don't know from Adam.
