well, here i go. how do i get started how do i know what kind of diet a diabetic can do? how many calories should i eat in a day. i was once to by my dietitian many many years ago that 1200 was where i should be at. to me i thought no way i could do that but i guess i have no choice. i gotta go i help teach class and i can't keep them waiting. be back soon.

Hi i'm cindy and i'm new to this blogging and  to fitclick. I need to lose weight and i'm not trying to rush things because i want this to last my life time. I am a type2 diabetic who takes insulin and i dont want to keep that up for the rest of my life.
