hello everyone, I'm new to this so please bear with me, I'm 42 and right now at 165 I want to be at about 128 like I was before I had fibromyalgia, I can't work out every day my body wont let me but I walk everyware,( I don't have a car) lol so I exercise that way,I'm looking to give and get support to everyone here and if there is anyone with fibro like me to trade exercise tips and trix.
