I have just gotten back from vacation which was so relaxing. I did work out most everyday with my sister (the workout queen). During that time I used free weights (which I had been nervous to use) and built my endurance up in running. I can now run a 1/4 of a mile.  On Monday when I had weighed in I was pleasantly suprised to discover that I had lost 3.7 lbs and gained 1 inch. So this week I have been working out everyday so far. Pretty proud of myself considering I stopped for two weeks. However when I have gone to track my workouts on my phone it adds sets and then resubmits them causing it to say that I have burned more calories then I actually have. A year from now you will wish you had started today

Today has been a bad weight day. It didn't start out that way though. I woke up in a wonderful mood, went to work and dinner with a friend. Then I saw a picture that was taken yesterday at work. It was a side profile and it looked like I was pregnant and horrible.
