So.... I made the decision to attempt to get slim this year, and my way of doing this was simple. Cut the crap, excersise more, but still eat the same as my family. My idea was to only go by my lothes ( ie; fit back into them!) and never ever weigh myself......
This was al well and good until I stepped on the scales.
Oh. My. God
12stone 4 1/2 lbs
I laughed, but on the inside I was mortified.
So to plan B. Weigh, weigh

I have been eating and excersisng for a grand total of....4 days! haha! not long but long enough to know Im feeling very proud of me..and very positive! Im determined to lose the weight before summer...and to make my little lot think Im beutiful again!
Ive been to the gym again tonight, and pushed myself...I thought it would be the best thing to do..or else results wont be noticed! Thats where my problems lie I think...if I cant see a difference I don...
