So I have finished a week. I lost about 5 pounds! Yay! I never realized how easy it would be to log everything I eat... it is really helping me keep on track. It is forcing me to be honest with myself. I know no one else is reading this, it's mostly just for me. So if I lie about something, I am only lying to myself. I'm too good to lie to myself. Well, this is it. I am committed to making this work. I know that I will not see instant results... it took time for me to put the weight on, it will take time for me to get rid of it! I woke up early, put in the exercise dvd and got to it. I did ten solid minutes of cardio, something I honestly did not think I would be able to do. But I did it!
