So, today starts day one of my healthier, keep track of what I am eating diet. I am watching what I am eating and counting all calories, carbs, fat, and protein and then exercies 2 times a day. I am excited to start on this new journey. For years, since I have had kids, I have been wanting to get back to my original weight of 127. I am shooting for 135 by summer time.
