so like ive been working out for the past month in a half and I feel like ive only burned 1 calorie. I limit my food intake but I feel like thats not enough, I need help finding the right diet plan for me. I dont even eat alot but the minute I do its like every calorie and fat in that meal shows up somewhere on my body. does anyone feel or had the same problem as I do and has found the solution?? please let me know. I could use the help.
