Hello fellow fitness friends! So the time has come that I am needing online votes to keep me in the fitness challenge I am in. 3 months ago I made it to the top 20 and last month to the top10 and now I really want to be apart of the top 5 and 50% of my total score is dependant on online votes. I have done amazing and lost over 21lbs and a total of 41 inches in just 12 weeks the good ole fashioned way...diet and excersise, lol. Wow, it is hard to believe that 3 short months ago I was merely applying to be a contestant in the Total Makeover Challenge in my city. I was fat, depressed, riddled with pain, insecure and angry at the fact that I had allowed myself to get there.
