Ok...so it's day 3 and I am lovin' the workouts...the dieting??? Not so much! I just thought I knew a lil' bit about nutrition...nope! When I log a food onto my tracker, I am amazed at how fattening some of the "healthy" foods I've always eaten are! Example...cheese...wow...need I say more?! So, I have come to this conclusion...this is the reason that I have been out of shap
