This week has been extremely rainy and pretty cold. While I'd like to be running outside and playing with my son, that's not really possible. However, I found the perfect rainy day workout. Just turn on the tv, or some music, whatever you want. Then grab some hand weights, I just use 3 pounds, and walk. While the show is on I walk in place and lift my hand weights up and down. Today I came to the conclusion that just trying to lose weight on my own, like I have bee, is not going to work. I just happened to come across this site and I think that it's a great tool so far. It seems very personal and gives you help but still gives you freedom.
