Well here I am goin on week 6! I've done so good... lost about 8 pounds! Not bad at all. I don't really need to lose much more, what I'm going to focus on now is just toning up. Sooo we'll see how that goes! I've still got a while until summer. This may be the year that I'll be in the best shape of my life!! So far I've lost an inch from each thigh, my arms, and my waist. Only lost a half inch around my hips. I'm going to measure every 3 weeks.

Week 5

So I lost another 2 lbs last week! It's going so well. About as good as I could have hoped for. Once I get down to 135 I'm going to start strength training harder because I want to be toned...So that will probably be in a few weeks.  This Friday we're doing measurments...which I'm nervous for. I know my body hasn't changed that much, but I'm hoping to see at least a little change in inches. We'll see!

Sooo I've lost a total of 5 lbs! Not bad...on average I lose 1.5 lbs a week. I probably could do better if I wasn't so horrible on the weekend... but that's ok. If I can diet like crazy all week long and then indulge on the weekend and still lose 1.5 lbs, I'm doing pretty good. Monday I skipped a workout :( which sucks. Also I might have to work late tonight which means I'll have to skip another workout. Hopefully they'll let me leave early. I did a pretty good workout yesterday, I'm pretty sure...

Did horrible on the weekend. I REAAALLLY need to figure something out to keep me on track because I get drunk and then I want to eat everything in sight. Seriously it's pretty bad. But Monday I started right back up doing really well..we started doing some extra exerc...

I did really well yesterday! Stuck to my meal and workout plan. I've done good so far today, too. Hopefully I can motivate myself to work out tonight! I'm excited/nervous for tomorrows weigh in. Wish me luck!

Well, yesterday was ok. I didn't work out like I planned to. I stayed on track with my diet for the most part...today I'll be better. Except, someone is buying us lunch at work today and I don't know what he's bringing..sometimes he brings pizza, and sometimes subway, so I'm hoping he bring subway. Maybe I just won't eat it anyway. We'll see. Yup so that's pretty much it for today...

I did pretty well yesterday, ate 15 points. I did the 30DS..level 2! And it sucked. So hard. Some of the moves I switched out with moves I remembered from level 1 to make it a little easier. But, at least I still did it. Today is nice, maybe if it warms up a little more I'll go for a walk. The snow has melted quite a bit, and I'm getting really excited for spring and summer! I seriously can't wait. Theres 15 weeks until summer. If I lose 1 pound a week I'll be happy!!

So this weekend was tough. Saturday I did absolutely horrible so I'm not even going to track that day, I'm just going to skip it. Yesterday was ok. I was going to go for a walk because It was 50 degrees out but it rained all day long. So I didn't work out at all. Thats ok, I'm doing 30DS tonight after work and I'll feel better. I already do feel better, and I think I look a little bit toned in my stomach and my arms. And next week I'll look even better. I just have to stick with it, thats the ha...

Did really well yesterday and stuck with my meal plan. I also did the 30DS and hopefully tonight I can motivate myself to do the Yoga Meltdown. Why can't it just be spring already? It's like 10 degrees outside and it sucks. I want to be able to go for walks and ride my bike. Ohhhh well just a few more weeks and it will finally start getting warmer!

This is finally going to be the time that I drop the weight I say I'm going to. I would like to lose 15 lbs. by summer! I haven't done so bad this week. I started out the week with more calories than I wanted to, but that's ok. I'm doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, and I also bought her Yoga Meltdown DVD. I can't wait until all this snow melts and it starts getting warmerso I can ...
