Ok, today I'm feeling like I could puke, burry my head in the sand, cover up with a rock, and eat an entire cheesecake all in one. See, I have been excersizing for the past month and to date have only managed to lose 7lbs. I have changed the way I eat. I no longer skip breakfast, I manage the amount I eat. I work out at the gym or the track at least 4 days a week mostly 5. But still I can not manage to drop the weight. One of the issues may be my heartrate. My heartrate skyrockets any time I do ...

All throughout grade school and high school I was made fun of for being overweight. I have always been self concious of my weight because of this. I have always been a shy and quiet person because I am afraid of what other people see when they look at me. Even now I feel like people stare at me because I am overweight. I feel their eyes following me and I can almost year their thoughts "Whoa, lay off the dougnouts," "Put the fork down." In reality I know that they aren't thin...
