#1 Snap Before & After Pics

Seeing is believing -- and highly motivating. Upload a “before” photo to document your starting point. Looking at your picture probably won't be fun. But, it will likely inspire you to stick to your weight loss plan. More than numbers on a scale, or inches on a tape measure, photos allow you to really SEE yourself and your results  Keep a visual journal as you work by adding photos and videos to your My Media page. When reach your goal weight, proudly snap an “after” shot. You'll be amazed by the difference between the old and new you.

#2 Check Out the Labels

Set yourself up for weight loss success by knowing more about the foods you eat. As you fill your grocery basket, take a few extra minutes to read the nutrition labels. Making the healthiest food selections isn’t easy. Products vary between brands and descriptions and serving sizes are often misleading. In addition to calorie counts, check out the fat, carb, protein, and fiber content. Steer clear of foods high in “bad” fats, cholesterol, sodium, and sugar. Know your daily nutrient targets and find the foods that best fit your ranges.
