The beginning

Today I just came back from my 4 mile walk. I was not as excited as I was yesterday to complete the 4 miles. Today I added a little jogging. I thought when I woke up this morning I'd be sore. Wrong I felt just fine. I'm begging to think walking 4 per day is just simply not enough. This evening I may try to do two miles. Ill keep you posted.
