i really felt good after my cardio

welll last i got dinner and decided that i was going to ride my bike instead of running.  well as i took off my chain came off so i  in turn walked my dog we did a 30 min walk and boy dild my legs burn.  today is weight lifting looking forward to the sun going down a bit so i can workout.  glad i decided to check this site out.
