Evening of the 1st day

Well, 3 hard-boiled eggs added to the evening meal. I may add some bread, couple of rolls, and that should do it for the day. Munch on some rolls in the evening.
Interesting note - they haven't found one thing wrong with pepper - YET. It doesn't add calories. It isn't like salt in terms of raising one's blood pressure. Too bad the same can't be said for all the good things to eat.
1st day on the diet, already, an overwhelming urge to bag it and head for the nearest buffet.
