I have decided to finally do something for myself. I am a 21 year old female who has recently just been married. I could not stand my job. I was a Collecting agent for Bank of America. I had to try to get payments from people who were losing their homes. I decided after 6 months of working there I could no longer take the stress. I felt so bad for the people I spoke with and wanted to help them all it was just overwhelming. So I finally decided to quit. And in this economy that was not the smartest thing to do. But I needed to. So you may all be wondering why I am starting my exercise plan, well I am a stress eater. I have gained at least 35-40 pounds since my wedding in november of 2008.
I am also trying a new diet plan. I have been interested in trying the "Master Cleanse." My mother has used this method before and she really does agree that it works. But I am not going to follow it by the normal standards. I have put my own little twist on it. I love Food so I dont think I am going to have the dicepline to just drink a lemonade mix for 10 days straight so...I am going to throw some veggies and fruits in there. I was thinking that if I cook them in lemon juice and Syrup like the drink calls for then sprinkle the cayenne pepper over it and drink the 10 oz of water then I will still be getting all the ingredients in the Cleanse and not throwing out all sources of nutrients that the body needs. But of couse will not use any butter or oil to cook veggies and fruit. So I am going to start with that and see how it works along with my new exercise routine.
Lets hope that the pounds fall off quickly as I have a wedding to attend Labor day weekend.

Well its Goodnight for now.
