felling down

well been doing this for a mounth now lost a lowly 10 lbs. and guess i not doing to bad up to 4 mph on my 60 min walk / jog. Just not feeling it some days i get up and im like why am i doing this or its raining and i cheer the rain on so i dont have to do my walk/jog. My kid trys to cheer me on and reminds me i doing this so ill be here when first grad kid comes in feb. But she lives in SC and im here in mich and not much cheering going on around me just folks that laugh at me for trying. Ive totaly changed my diet got my self on a 1600 cal diet and watching sugars,colest, and carbs and all that othere good stuff like madd.Even got a juicer some of that dont taste to bad and some of well dont taste to good but i drink it. well i guess thats enough of my wineing time for work
