Lets see. Where do I start? Well I am on here because I would like to get help with losing weight. I like to go on walks. I walk alot. I try to walk when I can but that is sometimes hard with me going to school (going to cometology), working (fast food place), and dealing with my husband and 3 daughters. I am on my feet all day long and I am tired when I get home. I will be on my feet sometimes for 12 hours. My husband and I stopped drinking pop. We have not had any in about 2 or 3 weeks. All we have been drinking is water. We get the little single to go packets of stuff that you put in your water. I can drink a 32 oz bottle of water for 20 caleries. That is so good.
 
All I want to do right now is put in that I went for a walk for 15 minutes today. Went to the store for dinner. I cant seem to find out how I do that. If anyone can help me with this problem or has some advice about helping me lose some weight that would be great. Please let me know. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
