Recently read Master your Metabolism by Jillian Michaels. I recommend this book to anyone looking to lose anywhere from 10lb up to a gazillion. She puts our body and our hormones in to easy to learn perspectives. Feeling ok today. No weight loss in 2 days. But 4 lbs since last thursday yay. I can honestly see a difference in my belly. My stomach (my actual stomach organ) has shrunk so I don't feel so hungry anymore. I'm eating about 1200-1400 calories a day. 4 times a day and 4 hours in between. I just really need to motivate myself to start excersizing hard core... UGH!
