Since starting my workout plan in May if now hit the "im stuck" zone!  I usually workout on Wed but yesterday i just didnt feel like it!  So far since my plan ive lost 25 pounds...i hit a plateau at 155 for almost a month, now ive been at 152 for a while...i know im not working out as hard as i used to also ive been slacking on my diet.  I eat waaay better than i used to (before the plan) but im going back to wine at night and the "occasional" snacks.  a bite here...and there
Ive started to document my eating habits now, i will try to stick to recording it on here.
Though im still considered "overweight" ive gained alot of muscle in my legs and my arms are looking toned and are shaping quite nicely!  I am proud of myself but im not satisfied YET!
