Today was wonderful! For starters, last night the hubby and I went to the produce store and bought 4 boxes of fruits and veggies, $95 worth altogether. We ate beef stew (canned, sigh) and toasted tuna fish sandwiches for a rather latish supper at a little after 7. For breakfast I had a toasted tomato sandwich with miracle whip and salt and pepper  (yeah yeah, yeah lol sodium is evil I know). I weighed myself today at work and found out to my absolute (eeeeee!) delight, I have lost 3 lbs!! So very proud of my little feat, hahah! I was on a high for the rest of the day after that. For lunch I had a golden delicious apple (brandname not descriptive there ^_^) a banana, and two salt and pepper chicken wings that tasted sinfully like KFC. For dinner I had two Santa Fe style baked chicken breasts, a bananna and a little sandwich baggie full of 3 different kinds of grapes. I ate at about half past 5, and then at 7 I left for my cardio intervals otherwise known as the walk/walk fast/ run like hell/ run at 40 % speed, jog slowly, walk, each at about a count of 30 - 60 seconds. I take a recovery walk inbetween challenging sessions, and I made it exactly 4 miles today, past the adbandoned temple to the end of the road and back. It's exactly 2 miles from the end of the temple road to my house so I am stoked about the fact that here I am going further than ever before in my whole life (except when camping or hiking). I feel so happy about those piddly 3 pounds LOL I feel like superwoman, that I can acomplish anything. Even the blister on the side of my pinky toe can't really tarnish my victory.
