So the week has come for me to make my goals! I took the first week to really decide what I wanted to do! In actual reality, I just binged ate the whole week!! I seemed to eat like there was no tomorrow! I am completely disgusted with myself and had to sit down and really decide what I want to do and need to do.
Why does my life revolve around food? Why do I think about my next meal while I am eating a meal? And most importantly: Why can't I seem to stick with my weight loss plan???
SO HERE GOES!!! GOALS HAVE ARRIVED!!!
1. I am moving to Korea in June and I want to be healthy! I have vowed to myself that I will lose 100 pounds! I am setting my goal high and hope I can achieve it!
2. I need to work out at least 4 times out of the week! No more lazy tv moments! Working out is essential in my weight loss plan!
3. I am going to make a meal plan for every day! I will post it on my fridge and only eat what is on the meal plan! No deviations what so ever!
4. Weigh myself daily!!!!!
