First Steps

Today, my wife and I signed up to join Snap Fitness, a 24-hr fitness club about 3 minutes from home. This is perfect because it's convenient, easily accessible, and secure. We got a tour of the place, left and went to the car to discuss it, and 5 minutes later, went back in and signed up. It's good because we both have been talking about exercising and getting back into shape. No excuses now.
I went to work out this evening, and just starting to get a feel of things. It's been at least 2 years since I did any kind of exercise, so I didn't want to overdo it. I've put together a work-out plan, and tonight I worked my back, chest, and calfs. I may switch up the plan as I go along, but we'll see.
I also realized that I need to drop my BMI to 22, and I need to lose about 25 lbs! I currently weigh 175, and my target weight is 150. Let the journey begin!
