New goals

I am hoping that this new tool will be successful in helping hold myself accountable for what I eat, and how I exercise. With work, family, and overall health concerns, I want to do what I can to put myself back into the best shape I can be in. While I am not grossly oveweight, I want to be able to walk without consciously holding my stomach in, to run and not be winded, and to do everyday tasks and not be sore the next day.
I trained and ran my first 5K back in May, and I really felt good, but I stopped running after the race, started bad eating habits again, and now I have put back all of the pounds I had lost.
