I feel good

I feel really good about my progress. I have been very careful not to eat to much and have had some set backs as far as my choices for eating but for the most part I am doing well. I am down 4.5 lbs and am not bloated any more. Today I am going to exercise. We have been invited to go out to eat with some friends to visit with someone that has come into town. We are going to a mongolian grill so I can choose fresh veggies and tofu to have cooked. It will be a good experience for me. I will be careful not to put in too much oil and toppings for my dinner and can drink water with my meal. I won't have any crab rangoon or noodles so it will be a healthier choice for dinner. I am going to have a lite lunch but not go to the restaurant hungry. That is my plan and I'm sticking to it.
