Ok, so I am 29 I just had my 3rd child 3 months ago. I completely indulged and ate whatever I wanted while on maternity leave but have made a commitment to myself to lose the weight now that I am back to work. Before I had kids I was a very skinny size 6 since then the smallest I have been able to put on was a 10 for a very short period of time, I usually stay between a 12 and 14. I just feel like now is the time to get fit and healthy and get some energy. I am doing this for my kids and my man but mainly for myself, I just feel so much better when I am not carrying the extra weight. It has been a long time since i have been that skinny person (9 years) but I am willing to work hard and just do it. I know I will feel better in the long run. Since I had this last baby I was at 204 and am currently 171. Looking forward to seeing the scale gradually work it's way down, I know it will happen if I just stay positive and patient. I hope to maybe hear from others like myself who have a love for food but looking for a change for the better. I have already got a routine set but would love to hear other ideas on getting results the healthy way!
