Well in 11 days I have gained 6 lbs what the hell?!?!?!!!!! YARRHGGG!!! And on that note I need to stop snacking after supper, and weight watchers bread SUCKS!!!!! I am never buying that junk again!! It is kinda interesting to keep track of my weight this way because boy you sure do find out in a hurry when your doing something wrong. I haven't been going for my runs in the last week because of the weather, oh what to do, what to do!? Any ideas anyone? I am going to have to dance or hula hoop for an hour every day just to lose the weight I worked so bloody hard to get rid of. I felt like I had gained a couple of  lbs, but SIX? Grrrr I am a little bit pissed off at myself for letting myself slide but I can't wait to get back from my hair appointment to tackle a hula hoop session. I wish I had the $ right now I would go pick up an exercycle today.  I'll be damned if I am going back up to size 9 again!! ^_^
