After almost 3 years of "just getting by" exercising, I've decided I'm totally committed to losing the last 30 pounds. I've had a host of excuses, too busy being mom to twins, too tired and the list goes on. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired.
Last night I took my hoop to the gym and just jammed with my headphones on. Danced hard and fast for an hour, just for me. I totally needed it. On the way home I got the endorphine rush, which I totally missed from working out. I forgot about it, to be honest. I can't wait to get back in there and do some more.
Why is this time different? I'm diligently tracking all calories and proteins I eat in a day. I know what it takes. I've done this before and I will be successful. Besides, I just discovered a designer that totally my style. I can't wait to fit into her clothes!
