new member here. Iv been looking for a new diet site after i was rejected from the last. I am hoping this site is more open minded and takes me for who i am.
I have a facebook group for this sort of thing but it's really not enough. I need more support and more insite on the issue of losing weight.
My main issue right now is that i have hit a wall in losing weight.
I usually stay around 600 calories a day and have lost 5 lbs and am now 100.5 which was my first goal. Thinking i woould be happy at this weight has proven to be a big wrong. I am anything but happy and even though i work 5 days a week and am left tired and shreded from the day at work i normally manage to fit in at least 30 min of workout before i go to bed.
My next goal is to reach 95 lbs and i really do think that if i can reach that goal i will finally be happy with my weight. I just dont know how i am going to do it. Ill have to somehow find the energy to work out for at least 65 min 3 or 4 times a week. I'll also have to reduce my calorie intake from 600 a day to a round 300 to 400 a day. If anyone knows what work outs would be the best for losing weight and not gaining muscle please let me know. I need to lose the fat around my sides (hips) and also the fat on my arms and legs and the belly fat that just will not go away. Someone pls send advise! Desperate!
