Got up at 5am.  This is not favorite thing to do, by no means!  But this is the only time I have to workout and was successful when I did it before.  I got the rest of my stuff together and was greeted by the cry of my 17 month old, Joslynn.  She is very much a people person and once she hears someone up, she ready to be up and interacting, she definitely got that from her momma.  Changed her and got her some juice and my wife arrived from her workout this morning, so I was off and walking.  I got to the Y about 5 till 6 and put my stuff up and was on the treadmill in a few minutes.  Did a five minute warm-up and started running.  I use Workout Muse to help me.  This is an awesome soundtrack that has music and you are told when to start/stop and times in between.  I hate cardio.  I used to get my cardio from training Brazilian jiu-jitsu, but since my daugher was born, I have put that on the back burner.  I would much rather spend that 2 hours for 2 nights a week with her than training.  So basically this Workout Muse (Cadio A) routine was to sprint all out for 30 seconds then rest for 90 seconds.  Then repeat that for 10 times.  I was only able to complete this 6 times, man you get out of shape fast.  I might have been able to do 1 more round, but since its been a while since the the last time I have ran all out, I dont want to be too sore tomorrow.  I have alot I need to do on a house I am rehabbing.  It felt good, but man, its hard for me to run just for the sake of running.  I have never mind running when it accomplishes something, score a run, make a lay up, or hit somebody.  So this part of my workout will be all mental.
