Day Two and Working Hard

After the first day, I got up and made myself do my house work and then do my exercises. I have many health problems, but I refuse to keep this weight on.
I got sick over a year ago, and sitting home, going from Dr to Dr, and being inactive I added pounds that I lost years ago never dreaming they would come back. But back they are, but not for long. I am Determined that I will be back into my thin jeans and soon.
They always say don't go to fast. Don't starve yourself. Well going back to the exercises and cutting back on the size of my servings, staying with low carbs and cutting out the ice cream and treats, I will meet my goals and keep them.
Being sick and having surgeries is no excuse to get into the shape that I am in. I hate what I see when I look in the mirror. And I blame no one but myself. I knew better. So low carbs it is. I don't even like potatoes or breads. So why eat them? Well not any more!
Each day will get easier, I know this, and I will stick to my plan and when I can slide back into my 13 Jrs. I will be jumping for joy. Some may think a 13 is large, but I'm 5' 9" and being a grandma of 12 and 2 on the way it's the perfect size for me. When I'm in my old jeans I like what I see and feel good about myself. That is what I need.
