time to start over

it's time to start over. so i never thought i'd be doing this. looking for online support. but i've realized, i can't do it alone. i've tried and tried and tried everything out there to lose weight. nothing has worked. i even had vertical gastric banding about 3 years ago, and have managed to gain back the 100+ lbs that i lost. i've been miserable since gaining it back and have decided to do whatever it takes to get back to that happy place where i was when i was losing weight almost constantly. i just need someone's help and encouragement. i'm not one to normally reach out and ask for help, thus why i don't talk to my family about it. *shrugs* just how i am. anyhow. i've decided it's time to put away the cookie dough and get out the tennis shoes. i know it's going to be hard and i'll probably cry. but knowing i'm not the only one who struggles may help. i'm just tired of being the fat girl in the bunch. haha if you want to be my friend and we can help each other along the way, great!
