Positive Thoughts

I am trying my best not to be a negative person; which was not at all obvious from my last posting. I won't make excusses for why I felt that way, however. I have to own those feelings and learn how to deal with them, not just burry them away. That being said, things are pretty much the same - I have continued to stay leved off in the 140s; even though my calories in/carories out have been right up to goal this week. I have worked out on days I didn't want to, and I have made good choices going out to eat. So I can be proud of myself for things like that. I can know that I haven't gorged myself just because I was feeling down - and be proud of that.
