Getting past disappointment

This month's check in was a disappointment - moving the wrong direction by all measures, weight, measurements and body fat.  How to get beyond feeling like I've wasted time (and money) and not seen any results?  I need to look forward and not backward. To focus on what I'll do next and not wallow.  But wallowing is tempting. Giving up is tempting. 

Need to focus on the changes I can make:
- track more regularly - and even track the cheating weekends
- take my vitamins (I've been neglecting them)
- drink my water - I really am not drinking enough
- eat more during the day at work (pack more protien into my day)
- do at least 30min cardio on non-training days

Look ahead to where I will be at the next check in. Let's make it a goal to be -10lbs of body fat! 

February is coming fast and I have much to accomplish before then.
