There's a first time for everything

    So today is the end of my first day of dieting and working out. Definatly
not used to it. my whole life I've never had to worry about anything like this. I used to be a stick. A few years back I started to gain some assessts.
And I think it sort of went out of control. Especially once I married the love
of my life. Then I started getting some more lumps and bumps. Before I
know it, I gained 40 lbs. in a year and 3 months. 
   This is going to be very difficult anf I already know it. But hopefully I find 
some good friends that can help me through this. I extremely want to lose
this extra baggage. I'm 21 and should be feeling like I'm having to the time
of my life, and looking the best that i can. 
    So I'm off to start this new journey and with alot of hard work, severe 
determination, a good amount of motivation, and support from others, I 
should be able to see myself where I'd like to be in the best years of my
