Just to quickly bring you up to date.
I started Dec 2007, slowly changing some of my habits. By Feb of 2008 I was working out regularly, counting my calories. Then I started to watch my protein/carb/fat intake.
Feb of 2009 I started jogging. ! min, then 2 min, then 3 min/week.
Now that I've done my first 1/2 marathon October 2009, I want to do my first full marathon October 2010, the same location, at the Niagara Falls Internation Marathon.
Seems like my body is built for the endurance needed for a marathon, not the speed needed in a 100m.
I started looking for some help making up a new work out routine.
For the last 22 months I've been using and reusing a year-long program I got from a men's magazine.
I think I found the help I need. I'll try this site out for 3 months to see what happens.
As long as I show the dedication I have for the last 2 years, I know I'll succeed.
