Hello to everyone out there.
      I started doing the HCG drops with a friend at work and his wife was also doing the diet. I started on October 12th. I was at 325 and i am 5'9". The first 3 days i was eating all i wanted but also taking the drops. Now everyone said the drops are not as good as the injections. For me the drops were good. The 4th day i started the 500 calories a day. All the green tea i wanted for breakfast. For lunch i had 100 grams of chicken breast and lettuce with an apple. For dinner it was a repeat of lunch. Well for the first 3 days that was ok. My little George Forman grill got a workout also. lol  But the chicken and lettuce got old quick. So i went to Costco and got there double pack grilled chicken. That helped and i would do that with cucumbers. That was not bad at all. I would switch with chicken and shrimp. Well everyday i would weigh in in the morning and i was loosing weight quick. I had started with a 48 size waist well before i new it i was putting new holes in my belt cause i was loosing weight. Well The diet lasted for 26 days. Today is the last day i have to eat 500 calories. As of today i am at 297 and i am back into a size 42 inch waist. Tomorrow i am starting a 1500 calorie a day. It is a no carb and high protein. I was wondering if anyone could help me with some recipes or point me in the right directions....
