Ok, today is my fourth day monitoring what I eat, and exercising... In two out of four days, I eat more than I burned... so I guess the net calory was zero.... I must setup a daily goal to keep myself on track:
I will eat 500 calories less a day than I burn!
Let's see how it goes from tomorrow on. If all goes well, I should loose one pound a week. Slowly and steady is the best way to go.
