Today is my 2nd day on here, but my 1st day physically doing this. I thought I ate good today. NO POP! No junk (except my Oreo cookies). But, my check sheet proved me wrong. Calories are too high :( After we ate, I relaxed a little and decided to run. I ran probably 1/2 mile. Ok ran/walked. Mostly ran. And doing this, I realized that listening to Nickelback on my Ipod motivates me. It's upbeat and helped me keep a nice pace!
