Today I started the diet, simple goals.
No Soda
Lots of water
Less than 1200 cal intake
Read my Bible
Work out 5 days a week no matter what!
Simple right? I have all but one done for today, I just need to read and get to bed!
I wan to lose this weight before my birthday, a little over 6 weeks away!
