I added in walking a mile at lunch so that I did not have to do it at home. Sure does make it easier. I also ran a lot of stairs today. It was hard to eat right today, but I still did it. The water drinking is easy now. I like that. I also like that I have more good energy, I am still kinda tired but I feel that is due to the lack of caffeine that I have grown accustom to! I got my friend at work to do some things with me, it sure does help to have someone on your team! I know we can do this, even with the holidays coming up! I am so excited! Happy Thanksgiving! I hope all goes well tomorrow, I still plan to log all that I eat, even if it is way too much! LOL! ~Cayce
